Do I need an account to order?
No account is required where guest checkout is offered. Any available account features are optional. Use a valid email address so you can receive order and shipping messages.
Which payment methods and currencies can I use?
The payment methods and currency available for your order are shown at checkout. They can vary by location, device and payment provider. Review the final order summary before submitting payment.
How long does processing take?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment and verification. Processing is separate from carrier transit. Weekends, holidays, address checks and unusually high volume may add time.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We primarily serve the United States. Available destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown after you enter an address at checkout. We do not promise delivery to every destination. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy provides the current guidance.
How long does delivery take?
For United States orders, estimated transit is approximately 2–5 weeks after dispatch, in addition to 1–3 business days for order processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays and holidays can add time. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How can I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. You can enter the number on our Track Your Order page. A carrier’s first scan may appear after the label is created.
Can I change an address or cancel an order?
Contact support@eccak.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has started.
Can I return a product?
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must meet the unused, complete and packaging conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us for approval and the correct return address first.
Who pays for return shipping?
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer generally pays return shipping and original shipping is not refundable unless law requires otherwise. If we confirm a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will explain the appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements.
What if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact us promptly with the order number and a description. Photos of the item, label and packaging are helpful when available. Check whether the order was split into more than one shipment and retain packaging while we review the issue.
When will a refund appear?
After an authorized return has been received and inspected, we notify you of the result. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls the additional posting time.
Will a travel bag meet my airline’s requirements?
Airline cabin and personal-item limits vary by carrier, fare and route. Compare the product measurements with the current rules for your trip. No Eccak bag or accessory is guaranteed to comply with every airline’s requirements.
How do I care for an organizer?
Follow the instructions on the product page and any supplied label. Do not overload zippers or handles, and allow items to dry fully before storage. Some personal-care or liquid containers require additional cleaning and compatibility checks.
