Aonlo is the customer-facing store name used by Nanjing Dejiachen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Company operates www.aonlo.com and is the seller responsible for orders placed through this store. For store-related personal information, the Company is the controller or responsible business except where a service provider independently determines its processing under applicable law.

2. Information we collect

The information involved depends on your interaction with the store. We collect information you provide when placing an order, submitting a contact form, requesting support, joining an email list or creating an account, where that feature is available.

  • Contact and delivery details, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
  • Order and transaction details, such as products selected, quantities, discounts, payment status, order history, returns and correspondence.
  • Support information, such as your message, order number and any photos or documents you choose to provide about an issue.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referral pages, page views, cart activity and timestamps.

Payment credentials are handled through Shopify and the payment services offered at checkout. We receive the order and payment-status information needed to process your purchase; complete payment-card numbers are not collected through our ordinary support channels. Do not include them in a message to us.

5. Shopify and checkout

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide commerce, checkout, security and related services. For some Shopify services, Shopify may act as an independent controller or business, including certain enhanced services described in its privacy documentation.

7. Communication choices

Please keep your contact and delivery information accurate. If an address or email was entered incorrectly, contact us promptly with the order number. Changes may no longer be possible once an order enters fulfillment.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this Policy, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal recordkeeping and dispute resolution.
